Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

What’s better than peanut butter cookies?  Ones that are packed with protein and omegas!  Wrestling coach, Navy veteran, National level physique competitor and CRET NATION athlete Strawn Wilson created these cookies to fuel your inner athlete!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp milk (of your choice – used almond milk for these)
  • 1/2 cup plus
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Cake Batter CON-CRET Whey
  • 2 tbsp ground flax seed

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all ingredients together.

Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.

Form crisscrosses on cookies with a fork.

Bake for 10-12 minutes.
