Game Day Pumpkin Hummus Dip


One of my all-time favorite go-to snacks is hummus and carrots. Yes, I prefer to scoop this dip with pita bread or crackers but an even healthier alternative is to eat hummus with carrot, bell pepper, celery, and cucumber. I’m not much of a cook so trust me when I say this high protein snack is affordable and easy to make! This 5 minute healthy pumpkin hummus is sure to be a touch down at your next October game day football party. GO HAWKS!


Blend in food processor:

Serving Size Ingredient
1 (15 oz.) can Garbanzo beans
2 Garlic cloves
1 cup Pumpkin puree, canned
2.5 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Kosher salt
.5 tsp Paprika
1 tbsp Olive oil, extra-vergin
1 tsp Cumin, ground
1 handful Pepitas (garnish)
